At around 11:35am PT, we had an incident with our primary internal DNS server in the US-East region. The system failed over to the secondary DNS server successfully to restore service which continues to look stable. For a period of 60-90 seconds, some customers may have experienced a brief increase in errors related to their API runtime traffic processing. The scope of impact is dependent on the target DNS TTL duration configuration -- higher TTL carries lower risk of impact. No other services were impacted as a result of this incident. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will take the necessary actions to remediate the root cause.
