Maintenance Announcement: Email Sender Address Change This announcement is to inform you of an upcoming change to the sender address for password reset and other automated emails originating from our portals.
Effective June 30th 2025, the default address for all automated emails from our portals, including password reset notifications, will begin to be sent from the following new email address:
This change is part of ongoing maintenance to improve our email delivery systems and ensure that our automated communications reach you reliably.
Please note the following:
This does NOT apply to any customers who have set a From: address in their portal SMTP settings.
No Action Required: You do not need to take any action regarding this change. Allowlisting (if applicable): If your email system uses an allowlist to ensure delivery of our communications, please consider adding noreply-apigee-portals@google.com to your allowlist to prevent any interruption in receiving important notifications.
