Resolved

During our scheduled release window we experienced an issue which impacted the availability of Management Services UI and API during 2016-08-18 01:55 to 2016-08-18 02:25 UTC. During this time some of our customers may have experienced intermittent issues with Management UI and API services like deployment and trace . This incident did not impact the API runtime traffic.
We have identified the root cause which resulted in requests being sent to out of service Management Server(s) and are taking corrective measures to address the gap.
