There are two security advisory for Drupal 7 core:
Drupal core - Critical - Third Party Libraries - SA-CORE-2019-001: https://www.drupal.org/sa-core-2019-001
Drupal core - Critical - Arbitrary PHP code execution - SA-CORE-2019-002: https://www.drupal.org/sa-core-2019-002

These issues have been fixed in Drupal 7.63, and all customers are urged to update their portal immediately.

Cloud customers hosted on Pantheon should apply updates to their site using the Pantheon dashboard:
