Resolved

API Services were disrupted from 10:00 AM UTC to about 11:58 AM UTC on 18th February. Only the South East Asia (SE) region was affected. During this time, SE customers would have experienced increased error rates. While the service has since been restored, we regret and sincerely apologize for any impact this disruption has caused to our customers.
