Scheduled - On Jul 29, 2021 Apigee released a new version of Apigee Edge for Private cloud - Version 4.51.00.

Version 4.51.00 includes new features and bug fixes. Please refer the release notes for details:

Scheduled - We have an Apigee Runtime Data Infrastructure upgrade planned from 08:00 AM PT , Monday May 17, 2021. The activity is expected to continue till July 26, 2021.

The upgrades are rolled out in phases based on regions. This upgrade is not expected to cause any downtime to Apigee Edge.

Scheduled - As previously announced, *.apigee.net certificates are now being renewed every 90 days. We will be changing the existing cert to the new cert over the next 48 hours. Please see https://docs.apigee.com/api-platform/fundamentals/configuring-virtual-hosts-cloud#creatingavirtualhost for an explanation on Apigee certificate management.

Monitoring - The Message Processor fix has been rolled out, and we are monitoring the results for any errors.

Identified - Apigee is aware of a bug introduced in a recent version of our Message Processors which occasionally affects Message Logging policies which use Syslog.

Symptoms:
Syslog servers stop receiving logs from Apigee

Customer Action and Mitigation:
Please file a P1 Support Case with Apigee Support. The mitigation will be a restart of your Message Processors and a rollback to a previous stable version.

Fix:
We have a patch which will be deployed to all pods over the coming week.
