Identified - Apigee is aware of a bug introduced in a recent version of our Message Processors which occasionally affects Message Logging policies which use Syslog.
Symptoms: Syslog servers stop receiving logs from Apigee
Customer Action and Mitigation: Please file a P1 Support Case with Apigee Support. The mitigation will be a restart of your Message Processors and a rollback to a previous stable version.
Fix: We have a patch which will be deployed to all pods over the coming week.

Scheduled - We have an Apigee Edge for Public Cloud Message Processor Patch Release starting from 11::00 AM (IST) Mon Feb 01, 2021. The releases are rolled out in phases based on regions. This release is not expected to cause any interruption to Apigee Edge.

Investigating -
Apigee Edge customers with services running in EU-WEST-1 region may observe increased latency. Database lookups are impacted, which may cause intermittent delays for OAuth token creation/validation (KMS). Google teams are actively working to correct this.
